We're partnering with an innovative player in the out-of-home (OOH) advertising space, delivering creative, high-impact campaigns across unique environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business that is redefining how brands connect with audiences.
As an SMB Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the San Francisco market. This is a hybrid role combining new business development, campaign strategy, and account management.
Sales & Client Relationships
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with local agencies and brands
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
Respond to inbound leads and proactively target key accounts in the region
Campaign Development
Create tailored proposals for advertising campaigns, activations, and events
Develop strategic outreach campaigns (email, sequencing, creative pitches)
Identify cross-market opportunities to expand campaign reach
Account Management
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and long-term growth
Provide insights and feedback to improve campaign performance
Networking & Market Presence
Represent the business at local events and industry meetups
Build a strong presence within the San Francisco advertising community
CRM & Reporting
Manage pipeline and activity through HubSpot
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasting
2-4 years' experience in B2B media or advertising sales
Experience in OOH or transit advertising is highly desirable
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Established network within the San Francisco market
Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
