Ad Operations Manager, Digital Campaign Delivery, Ad Tech, Programmatic

My client, a leading global media business specialising in financial services advertising, is looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join their London team.

This is a fantastic step-up opportunity for an Ad Ops Executive or Digital Campaign Executive who wants to take ownership of campaign delivery across multiple clients and platforms, working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring digital campaigns are set up, trafficked, and delivered accurately across a range of platforms, with a strong focus on quality, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.

The Role

As an Ad Operations Manager, you'll sit within a specialist Ad Ops function, working across multiple campaigns and clients rather than being account-specific.

You will:

  • Set up, traffic, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) on creatives to ensure they meet specifications
  • Manage ad tags and ensure correct implementation across media partners
  • Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and campaign discrepancies
  • Work closely with account teams to support campaign activation and execution
  • Use Excel and internal tools to improve campaign efficiency and reporting workflows
  • Ensure all campaigns follow internal best practice and quality standards
  • Support and share knowledge with junior team members where required

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years' experience in Ad Operations or Digital Campaign Management
  • Hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager (essential)
  • Experience with campaign trafficking, tagging, and QA processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or ad tech environment
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for troubleshooting ads)
  • Strong Excel skills (data handling, formulas, campaign reporting)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude
