🚀 Business Development Executive | London | £35k Base + £65k OTE (Uncapped)

Looking for a sales role where you're trusted to get on with it, rewarded properly for results, and can build a genuine career?

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to help grow a specialist ecommerce consultancy working with consumer brands across the UK, Europe and North America.

📍 South West London
🏢 Minimum 3 office days per week (4 preferred)
💰 £35,000 base salary
💸 £65,000 OTE (uncapped)

What you'll be doing 👇

🎯 Finding and engaging consumer brands across multiple channels

📩 Running LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns

🔍 Researching prospects and identifying decision-makers

🤝 Booking meetings with senior stakeholders

📈 Managing your pipeline and CRM activity

🗣️ Joining client meetings and learning the sales process

🚀 Progressing into running your own discovery calls and closing opportunities

A big part of the role is building your personal brand on LinkedIn. We want prospects to recognise your name before they receive your message.

What we're looking for 👇

✅ 1-3 years in SDR, BDR or Business Development

✅ Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers

✅ Experience generating opportunities through outbound activity

✅ Someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership and making things happen

Bonus points if you've worked in:

🛒 Ecommerce or marketplace software

📊 Marketing, media or digital agencies

🛍️ Consumer brands

💻 SaaS businesses selling into retail or ecommerce teams

🌍 Speak a second language? We'd love to hear from you. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Nordic languages are particularly useful, but any additional language is a plus.
