We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Logistics Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who is passionate about generating new business, building senior-level relationships, and helping organisations solve complex logistics and supply chain challenges through data, technology, and consultancy services.
This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across a range of sectors including transport, retail, distribution, and the public sector. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence by engaging with senior stakeholders and positioning innovative logistics solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Proven success in business development and new business sales

Skilled at uncovering business challenges and identifying opportunities
Effective objection handling and solution selling capabilities

High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and persistence
Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Interest in, or knowledge of, logistics and supply chain operations
Generate and develop relationships with senior decision-makers
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue performance
Conduct detailed market, prospect, and stakeholder research
Understand client business challenges and align appropriate solutions
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
Manage commercial and contractual negotiations
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to maximise lead generation activities
Work alongside pre-sales, delivery, and subject matter experts to support client engagements
Build and execute structured sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Maintain strong pipeline management and reporting discipline
Contribute to strategic account growth initiatives
