Conference Producer

We are looking for a Conference Producer to develop and deliver high-impact conference programmes supporting major trade shows across Southeast Asia.

This isn't just a content role as you will own the conference as a commercial product, from agenda development and speaker acquisition to sponsorship revenue, delegate sales and on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling conference agendas based on market trends, buyer needs and industry priorities.
• Research and secure senior-level speakers, experts and industry partners.
• Create sponsorship opportunities and work closely with sales to generate revenue.
• Own the content budget and track delegate and sponsorship revenue.
• Manage production, AV, speakers and on-site conference delivery.
• Build relationships with sponsors, associations, media partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Ensure programmes deliver strong delegate engagement and commercial results.

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience in conference production, B2B events, exhibitions or media.
• Proven experience developing agendas and securing senior speakers.
• Strong commercial and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional environment with regular travel.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
