Content Creator (Social Media)

London | Full-Time | On-site - 5 days in Mayfair.

About the Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing luxury hospitality business that's home to a collection of premium restaurants, bars and lifestyle venues. With expansion plans and a strong focus on social-first marketing, they're looking for a talented Content Creator to join their in-house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller who understands how to produce engaging, high-quality content that captures attention across Instagram and TikTok. You'll play a key role in bringing multiple premium brands to life through compelling photo and video content.

The Role

Working closely with the Social Media team, you'll be responsible for creating, shooting and editing content that reflects each brand's unique identity while driving engagement across social channels.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys generating fresh ideas and has a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.

• Film and edit high-quality social-first content across multiple premium brands.

• Develop creative concepts that support marketing campaigns, launches and brand storytelling.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and new content formats.

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute social strategies and content calendars.

• Direct talent, team members and collaborators during shoots to capture authentic, premium content.

• Ensure every piece of content aligns with each brand's visual identity and creative standards.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience creating content for luxury, lifestyle or hospitality brands.

• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging social-first content.

• Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices.

• Highly skilled using CapCut, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong eye for composition, lighting and visual storytelling.

• Creative, proactive and full of ideas.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about social media, content creation and luxury experiences.
