CRM Manager | Up to £70k | Camden | 5 Days Onsite | Own Retention & LTV
Most CRM roles sit in execution.
This one doesn't.
👉 This is a broad, ownership-led role in a scaling business - where you'll define the strategy, brief it, and still be hands-on in the tools.
I've partnered with a fast-growing Gen Z wellness brand that generated £17m in revenue last year and is continuing to scale across the UK and US.
They're now hiring a CRM Manager to take full ownership of retention across their DTC business.
This is not a narrow lifecycle role.
👉 This is end-to-end CRM ownership - from strategy → execution → performance.
What makes this role different:
In a scale-up, CRM isn't siloed.
You'll need to:
- Set the CRM and lifecycle strategy
- Brief creative and campaigns clearly
- And still be hands-on building and optimising in-platform
👉 If you only want to "manage" CRM, this isn't it.
👉 If you like owning it properly, it is.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Own the CRM roadmap across email & SMS (welcome, onboarding, repurchase, winback)
- Build and optimise end-to-end lifecycle journeys that drive LTV and repeat purchase
- Develop a robust segmentation strategy across UK & US customers
- Plan, build, and optimise flows and campaigns in Klaviyo / Ometria
- Own retention KPIs - engagement, repeat purchase, churn
- Run A/B testing programmes across messaging, timing, and targeting
- Build and maintain CRM performance reporting and dashboards
- Use cohort and customer data to inform broader marketing strategy

What they're looking for:
- Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing within DTC or eCommerce
- A strong mix of strategy, briefing, and hands-on execution
- Recent, hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Ometria (essential)
- Track record of improving LTV, repeat purchase, and retention metrics
- Strong analytical skills (GA4, Looker or similar)
- Commercial mindset - you think in revenue, not just campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
