JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (Market Research)
SALARY: Up to £40k + bonus
LOCATION: London (3 days in the office)

They are now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager into their team to work with their clients with their research:
KEY DUTIES
- Onboard and train customers, configure platform to research goals, troubleshoot surveys, integrations, ensure sales handoff.
- Build strong relationships driving upsell of research services, digital twins, success plans, reviews, renewals proactively.
- Analyse usage with analytics tools, identify risks, improve experience, represent customers, maintain knowledge base updates.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Market research customer success/project management experience, client-facing, survey programming, sample quoting, costing, scripting and analytics tools expertise.
- Proven account management achieving upsell targets, excellent communication explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, relationship-focused problem solver passionate about SaaS, comfortable owning projects, thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
