I've partnered with a fast-growing UK wellness brand to hire an E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of their Shopify ecosystem across the UK and US.

They operate across two core areas:

• Inhalables - plant-based, nicotine-free alternatives
• Home fragrance - a fast-scaling category spanning incense, reed diffusers, and new scent innovations

They're scaling fast - and now need someone to ensure their sites convert at the highest possible level.

The role

You will own the entire Shopify experience end-to-end.

Not just keeping things ticking.

👉 Driving performance, conversion, and revenue

You'll work closely with performance, CRM, and creative teams - turning traffic into consistent, scalable revenue.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Own site performance across all Shopify storefronts (UK & US) - speed, UX, conversion
• Define and execute e-commerce strategy by category, campaign, and traffic source
• Run full-site audits to identify UX friction, checkout issues, and conversion blockers
• Lead site builds and rebuilds, managing developers and stakeholders end-to-end
• Own CRO strategy - testing landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and funnels
• Manage e-commerce tech stack - CRO tools, analytics, tracking, personalisation
• Build and own performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and funnel performance

• A hands-on, ownership-driven operator who delivers, not just suggests
