They are expanding their renewable energy portfolio and are hiring a Business Development Manager to support growth across the European market.

πΌ What you'll be doing
π Own the full 360Β° sales cycle (from prospecting to close)
π€ Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Europe
π Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
π§Ύ Deliver tailored proposals in French & English
π Manage pipeline using Salesforce / CRM tools
π£ Work closely with marketing, operations & conference teams
π‘ Contribute ideas to improve commercial performance
π€ What we're looking for
βοΈ Native French speaker essential
βοΈ Strong English communication skills
βοΈ 1-2 years' experience in sales / BD / recruitment / events / client-facing roles
βοΈ Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
βοΈ Comfortable in a target-driven environment
βοΈ Organised, resilient, and proactive
βοΈ Interest in renewable energy or B2B events is a bonus π±
