They are launching a new Conferences vertical designed to shape the future of thought leadership, live engagement, and destination-driven events across business, arts, culture, and entertainment.

The Opportunity

This is not just another leadership role. It is a chance to build something from the ground up.

We are looking for a commercially driven, pioneering leader to create and scale a high-impact business vertical in Conferences. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be at the forefront of identifying market opportunities, launching standout event platforms and unlocking new revenue streams.

What You'll Do

• Shape and run a growth strategy for the Conferences vertical
• Conceptualise and launch conferences, summits, forums, and immersive experiences
• Forge strategic partnerships with government bodies, industry leaders, sponsors, and content creators
• Create proprietary event IP and scalable revenue models
• Drive business development, sponsorship, and partnership deals
• Evaluate new ventures, collaborations, and investment opportunities
• Build and lead the team and capabilities needed to scale the business

Who You Are

• A seasoned leader in conferences, events, arts, culture, entertainment, or experiential industries
• Proven in launching and growing successful, revenue-generating event platforms
• Highly commercial, with a sharp eye for opportunity and execution
• A strong deal maker with solid partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Well-connected, with an established industry network you can activate
• Pioneering, hands-on, and energised by building from scratch
• Comfortable operating independently while collaborating with senior leadership
