About the Opportunity

We are a global experiential agency known for delivering bold, high-impact brand experiences across physical and digital environments. We partner closely with clients to create meaningful, detail-driven work that pushes boundaries and sets new standards.

We are now seeking a Director of Production (US) to lead and scale our US production capability while delivering best-in-class experiential projects.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing end-to-end experiential production, from initial concept through to final execution. You will lead complex, multi-channel projects while building and managing a high-performing production team and vendor network across the US.

You will play a critical role in both delivery and growth-ensuring exceptional execution while supporting pitches and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Delivery

• Oversee the full lifecycle of experiential projects, from brief and pitch through to execution and delivery
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop detailed production plans and troubleshoot challenges in fast-paced environments
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across live events, activations, trade shows, fabrication, and digital experiences

Team & Network Development

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of producers (internal and freelance)
• Establish and maintain a strong national network of vendors and partners
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture across local and global teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Lead client engagements with confidence and credibility
• Support and contribute to new business pitches
• Navigate complex conversations, challenge briefs constructively, and manage expectations under pressure

Commercial & Operational Oversight

• Develop accurate budgets and cost estimates, often with limited information
• Manage project finances to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Identify and allocate the right resources for each project

Innovation & Excellence

• Drive new ideas and production approaches within experiential
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Balance creative ambition with operational feasibility

About You

• 10+ years' experience in experiential, events, or production environments
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale projects for major brands
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, no-ego approach
• Confident client-facing presence with experience leading conversations and pitches
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams across teams and time zones
• Commercially aware, with strong budgeting and resource management capabilities
• Well-connected within the US production and vendor landscape
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
