Head of Sales - Founding Sales Hire

We are a high-growth fintech building critical infrastructure at the intersection of hard assets and finance. Backed by leading venture capital firms and seasoned founders, we are redefining how physical assets-such as energy storage, robotics, batteries, and heat pumps-are accessed, financed, and scaled in modern markets.
This is a career-defining opportunity to join as the company's first sales hire. Working directly with the CEO and founders, you will bridge the gap between enterprise software and structured finance, transitioning from a hands-on builder to a leader of a global sales organisation.
* Revenue Ownership: Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through to closing and account expansion.
* GTM Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine and strengthen go-to-market strategy through feedback and execution.
* Process Design: Build and implement scalable sales infrastructure and repeatable revenue streams.
* Financial Integration: Develop and nurture key relationships across structured finance, credit risk, origination, treasury, and capital markets.
* Team Building: Recruit, hire, and lead the future sales team as the company scales.
* The Startup Specialist: Proven success in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
* Domain Expert: Experience in enterprise software, finance, sales, and complex B2B integrations.
* Complex Closer: Strong expierance managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
* Builder Mindset: Hands-on, commercially driven operator with a strong focus on achieving targets and scaling revenue.
