Marketing Operations Analyst.

Partnering with a global B2B technology company that provides managed network, internet and cloud connectivity solutions to large enterprise organisations worldwide on a newly created Marketing Operations Analyst hire.

Following significant investment and a major business transformation programme, the company is investing heavily in its marketing function and is looking for someone to take ownership of the systems, data and reporting infrastructure that drives marketing performance across EMEA.

The Opportunity:

Sitting within the Demand Generation team, you'll own the systems, data and reporting infrastructure that drives marketing performance across EMEA, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and RevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimise the marketing tech stack, primarily 6sense, HubSpot and Salesforce
• Build dashboards and reporting across pipeline, campaign performance and revenue attribution
• Analyse lead generation performance and provide insights to senior leadership
• Support Demand Generation, Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing teams with campaign execution and optimisation
• Drive data quality, user adoption, lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management
• Align funnel metrics and attribution models with Sales Ops and RevOps
• Ensure GDPR compliance across marketing data and consent management

About You:

• 5+ years' B2B Marketing Operations experience
• SaaS background preferred; telecoms experience also considered
• 6sense and HubSpot experience are essential
• Salesforce required; Cognism advantageous
• Strong technical, reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Looking for ownership and growth within a scaling organisation
