Looking for a PPC role where you can get properly hands-on, work on large-scale campaigns, and develop within a high-performing ecommerce team?
We're hiring for a luxury retail brand based near London Bridge that's continuing to invest heavily in digital growth and performance marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a PPC Executive to join a growing team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue through Paid Search.
You'll work across Google and Microsoft Ads, supporting campaign strategy, optimisation and testing across multiple international markets.
You'll be heavily involved in the day-to-day management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys working in-platform, analysing performance data, and continuously testing to improve results.
You'll be responsible for:
* Building, managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads
* Managing keyword targeting, bids, budgets and search query analysis
* Supporting feed optimisation and PMax campaign performance
* Running A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, audiences and bidding strategies
* Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
* Producing regular reports and turning data into actionable insights
* Collaborating with ecommerce, CRM, web and creative teams
* Supporting promotional campaign launches and ensuring campaigns are set up correctly
* Keeping up to date with PPC trends, platform updates and new opportunities
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has hands-on experience across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
✔ Understands PPC performance metrics including ROAS, CPA and CTR
✔ Is analytical and confident working with campaign data
✔ Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
✔ Enjoys testing, optimisation and performance improvement
✔ Is comfortable using Excel and analytics tools such as GA4
✔ Has a proactive, problem-solving mindset
✔ Wants to continue developing within performance marketing
Experience within ecommerce or retail would be highly beneficial, but isn't essential.
