💰 £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
🕘 Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and bringing new products to market? We're working with a leading business in the nutritional healthcare sector that's looking to appoint an experienced Product Development Manager to join their growing innovation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking products from concept through to launch, working closely with multiple departments, suppliers, and external partners to deliver exciting new products and improvements to existing ranges.

✨ What you'll be doing:

🔹 Managing the development and launch of new products
🔹 Researching ingredients, market trends, and consumer needs
🔹 Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet launch deadlines
🔹 Supporting packaging and sustainability projects 🌱
🔹 Producing technical documentation and product information
🔹 Conducting competitor analysis and market research
🔹 Working closely with Marketing, QC, Design, Export, and Supply teams

👀 What we're looking for:

✔️ Previous product development experience within health, wellness, supplements, FMCG, or a related sector
✔️ Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
✔️ Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
✔️ Excellent project management and organisational skills
✔️ Confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders
✔️ Degree in Bioscience or a related scientific discipline (preferred)
