Research & Insight Consultant - Qualitative.

They are currently looking to bring on a mid-level researcher to join them on their next stage of growth and help take the business to the next level.

This role is remote based but the successful candidate will need to be based on the East Coast of the USA. There will be some travel in the role for fieldwork and client meetings.

KEY DUTIES

• Manage projects from inception through to completion, managing client relationships and ensuring the timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
• Carrying out fieldwork both online and offline, including conducting IDIs, moderating focus groups, mini-groups, ethnographies and workshops.
• Support project financial management through accurate budgeting, resource planning, and monitoring project performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, provide clear insights and recommendations.
• Support the senior team with ad hoc requests and providing a high-quality service with clients, to ensure repeat business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in managing qualitative research projects from end-to-end, including writing fieldwork materials, moderating groups and depth interviews, analysis, and ability to pull out key findings to tell the story and showcase clear, actionable insights.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
• Previous experience in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards whilst delivering to time and budget.
• Experience in quantitative research methods would be advantageous.
