🚀 Retail Sales Lead
📍 Camden, London (in-office with regular travel)
💷 £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus

We're looking for a commercially minded Retail Sales Lead to take ownership of key retail accounts and help grow presence across major UK retail channels 🛍️

This is a hands-on role - you'll be in stores, in meetings with buyers, and directly driving performance across your accounts.

✨ What you'll be doing:

📊 Manage and grow a portfolio of UK retail accounts
🤝 Build strong relationships with retail buyers across grocery, pharmacy, department store and way of life channels
📦 Drive sell-through, ranging, replenishment and in-store execution
📍 Secure premium shelf space, promotions and visibility in-store
🔎 Identify and win new retail listings across target channels
🧾 Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through to onboarding
📢 Work with marketing on POS, campaigns and retail activations
🔗 Work alongside operations to ensure stock availability and fulfilment
📈 Share market insights and retailer feedback with senior leadership

👤 What we're looking for:

* 3-5+ years in retail sales, account management or similar within FMCG, wellness, beauty or consumer goods
* Existing relationships with UK retail buyers (a strong plus)
* Experience in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
* Comfortable being out in the field and spending time in-store
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work in a busy, founder-led environment
