🚀 Business Development Representative | Outbound Sales
Are you confident, commercially driven, and excited by the challenge of winning new business? We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join a growing e-commerce agency helping consumer brands scale through data-led strategies and digital marketplace expertise.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, owning outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, telephone, and creative campaigns to generate new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
* Prospecting and engaging high-potential brands
* Writing personalised outreach that gets responses
* Booking qualified intro calls and managing CRM activity
* Testing new business development strategies and channels
* Collaborating closely with leadership to shape growth plans
🎯 What We're Looking For
* 1+ years in sales, recruitment, estate agency, or a busy commercial environment
* Confident communicator with strong organisation skills
* Resilience, drive, and a proactive mindset
* Comfortable working to KPIs and outbound targets
