Senior Account Director - Agency & Client Sales (US)

Location: United States (Remote)
Salary: $190K-$220K Base + Bonus
Travel: Required for client meetings, industry events, and team engagements

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing B2B advertising technology business is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to drive continued growth across the US market. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth with enterprise and mid-market B2B brands and agencies.

The Role

The Senior Account Director will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts. You will work closely with both brands and agencies, delivering tailored advertising and marketing solutions across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B media, advertising, or marketing technology sales, with established relationships across US marketing teams and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across enterprise and mid-market accounts

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Identify high-value opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across multiple stakeholders

  • Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
