✨ The role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help drive attendance, engagement, and excitement across our international events portfolio.

You'll be working across multiple campaigns at once, bringing events to life through digital, email, web, and paid media channels.

If you enjoy variety, fast-moving projects, and seeing your campaigns directly impact real-world events - this could be a great fit.

📣 What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of a wide mix of marketing activity, including:

📧 Creating and optimising email campaigns (HTML + text)
🌐 Managing event websites and improving user journeys
🔍 Supporting SEO and PPC campaigns to boost traffic and registrations
📱 Working with event apps and digital tools to enhance attendee experience
🎯 Running exhibitor and delegate marketing campaigns
📊 Using Salesforce to pull insights and report on performance
✍️ Writing clear, engaging copy for campaigns and marketing materials
🤝 Working with suppliers, media partners, and external agencies
📍 Supporting onsite event delivery (branding, press, registration, etc.)

📊 What success looks like
✔ Strong campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions)
✔ Growth in registrations and event engagement
✔ Clean, accurate reporting and insights from Salesforce
✔ Smooth delivery of campaigns against deadlines
✔ High-quality, error-free marketing content

🧠 What we're looking for
✔ 1-2 years marketing experience (events experience is a bonus, not essential)
✔ Experience with CRM/database marketing (Salesforce a plus)
✔ Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✔ Strong writing and copy skills
✔ Basic understanding of SEO and PPC
✔ HTML email experience is helpful
✔ Great attention to detail (this one really matters!)
