We're working with a highly respected B2B media and events business that delivers conferences, exhibitions, awards, research and content for senior professionals across financial services and investment markets.

They're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership of campaigns, and helping shape new ideas for growth.

⚠️ A quick note: this isn't a people-management role. If you're happiest running campaigns, testing ideas, analysing results and making things happen, you'll likely enjoy this opportunity far more than someone looking to build a large team.

🎯 What you'll be doing

✔️ Marketing conferences, exhibitions, awards and webinars

✔️ Driving delegate, sponsor and exhibitor acquisition campaigns

✔️ Creating and managing email marketing campaigns

✔️ Running LinkedIn advertising campaigns

✔️ Producing marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

✔️ Updating website content via WordPress or similar CMS platforms

✔️ Using Google Analytics and campaign data to improve performance

✔️ Working with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and other emerging marketing technologies

✔️ Supporting new product launches and exploring new marketing opportunities

✔️ Collaborating with freelancers and occasionally mentoring interns

✔️ Owning and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns for events (from planning through execution, optimisation, and post-event performance analysis)

🛠️ What we're looking for

You must have:

✅ Direct, hands-on experience marketing B2B conferences

✅ Experience marketing exhibitions with 30+ exhibitors

✅ Experience marketing awards programmes

✅ Proven experience independently running end-to-end event marketing campaigns (full ownership from planning through execution and performance review)

✅ At least two years' hands-on experience using several of the following:

• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Email marketing platforms
• LinkedIn Advertising
• Google Analytics
• WordPress or similar CMS

✅ Confidence using AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work

✅ The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball

✅ A willingness to work from the London office three days a week

⭐ Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Trade media or specialist publishing
• Subscription-based products
• Research, intelligence or data products
• ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion or Slack
• UK and US audiences
• Events-led marketing businesses

💰 Salary

£45,000-£50,000

The upper end of the salary range is likely to suit candidates with marketing experience in:
