The Role:

Senior Recruitment Consultant (GTM and Sales Division): Step into a fast-paced, high-reward sector. We need a Go-To-Market recruitment specialist who lives and breathes the tech ecosystem and knows exactly how to navigate complex, critical hires. You won't just be filling seats; you'll be acting as a strategic advisor to Founders and CROs, placing the elite sales and customer success talent that power their revenue engines. This is your chance to take absolute autonomy in a hot market, partner with high-growth startups, renowned SMEs and established enterprise players, and become the ultimate GTM talent partner in their space.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment with evidence of billings (min. £200k per year)
• Strong understanding of best practices and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Proficiency in recruitment software
• Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
