Scheduling posts. Following approval processes. Playing it safe.

This isn't one of them.

I'm working with a fast-moving tech company that's building products designed to make life easier for entrepreneurs and SMEs. They've already scaled to £18m revenue (£9m ARR), have over 1 million customers, and are targeting significant growth over the next few years.

Their platform helps business owners launch, run, and grow their companies - and now they want a social presence that reflects the pace, ambition, and energy of the business itself.

💥 The Role

You'll own and shape the brand's social presence across:
TikTok | Instagram | LinkedIn | YouTube

This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll be responsible for building content people actually want to engage with.

You'll:

* Create social-first content designed to drive engagement and brand growth
* Lead on creative ideas, concepts, and execution
* Work closely with videographers and creatives to produce high-quality content
* Partner with paid media teams to scale winning content
* Get involved on camera where it adds value
* Bring internal teams and stakeholders into the content process
* Constantly test, learn, optimise, and react to trends quickly

This business moves fast, so they need someone who can spot opportunities, make decisions, and execute without layers of process slowing things down.

🎯 What they're looking for

* Strong TikTok and short-form video experience
* A genuinely creative mindset with strong content instincts
* Someone who can build and own a social function, not just manage posting schedules
* Confidence to challenge ideas and push creative standards higher
