We're working with a well-established international events business with 30+ years' experience delivering large-scale exhibitions and conferences across energy, infrastructure, tech, and innovation.
They're expanding their renewable energy portfolio and looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow their European client base.

πΌ What you'll be doing
π Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
π€ Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Europe
π Sell exhibition space + sponsorship packages
π§Ύ Create tailored proposals (Spanish & English)
π Manage pipeline using CRM (Salesforce)
π£ Work closely with marketing, ops & conference teams
π‘ Bring ideas to help grow event performance
π€ What we're looking for
βοΈ Native Spanish OR Catalan speaker
βοΈ Strong English communication skills
βοΈ 1-2 years' experience in sales / BD / recruitment / events / client-facing roles
βοΈ Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
βοΈ Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities
βοΈ Organised, resilient, and commercially minded
βοΈ Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus π±
