JOB TITLE: Strategy Director
SALARY: Up to £90k
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)

We are representing an impact-led growth consultancy that brings together insight, strategy and innovation to help global brands identify and capture future opportunities, turning discovery into clear, actionable outcomes through to execution.
The consultancy combines behavioural science, proprietary data tools, AI-driven insight and creative problem-solving to provide continuous, real-time, adaptive guidance, enabling organisations to respond quickly to shifting consumer behaviour and changing market dynamics.
They are currently looking to bring on a Strategy Director to work predominantly within commercial strategy.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead end-to-end strategic delivery, translating client needs and complex data into actionable, measurable growth recommendations.
- Apply commercial strategy expertise across growth, brand, portfolio, innovation and market entry, grounded in market and data insight.
- Build senior client relationships, contribute to new business, and collaborate across teams to develop capability and support delivery.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in strategy consulting or research roles, delivering and winning client-facing commercial projects.
- Skilled in combining qualitative, quantitative and social listening insights to develop clear, actionable strategic recommendations for clients.
- Trusted senior adviser with strong storytelling, project leadership, account growth and cross-sector experience across industries.
