I've partnered with a fast-growing startup wellness brand focused on innovative and design-led home fragrances to hire their first-ever TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Lead.

They're already sending out 500 creator packages a month and working with a TikTok agency…

Now they want someone to own it properly.

Not manage it.
Not "support" it.

👉 Build it into a scalable, revenue-driving acquisition channel.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Build and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop creator & affiliate network
• Turn content into consistent daily sales
• Identify winning hooks, formats, and trends - and scale them fast
• Own GMV, CPA, ROAS and make decisions based on performance
• Work with agencies, TikTok reps, and internal teams to push growth
