I am recruiting for an Account Executive to join a creatively led communications agency working with growth mindset clients across multiple industries.
This is a great opportunity for someone early-to-mid career who enjoys writing, is naturally curious, and wants to grow within a hands-on agency environment.
The Role
You'll work closely with Account Managers and senior team members to deliver public relations and communications activity across a portfolio of clients. The role blends content creation, media relations, client support and exposure to new business activity.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations, Writing & Communications
Researching, writing and distributing press releases on behalf of clients
Writing articles, newsletters, website copy and marketing materials
Supporting the development of PR strategies and communications plans
Building and maintaining relationships with relevant media contacts
Supporting press enquiries, interviews and media requests
Keeping up to date with client industries, competitors and market trends
Occasional travel to client sites or events (UK and international) to gather content
Coordinating photography and content assets with clients and suppliers
Writing in line with agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines
Client & Account Support
Supporting day-to-day client communication and relationship management
Building a strong understanding of client businesses and objectives
Attending client meetings and contributing ideas and insights
Helping identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
Business & Operational Support
Assisting with invoicing and expense management
Supporting internal coordination with suppliers and partners
Contributing to new business activity through research and proposal support
About You
Experience in PR, communications, journalism or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Curious, commercially aware and keen to learn
Willing to travel occasionally
