Are you looking for an Ad Operations Manager position and want to join one of the fastest growing independent agencies in London. They are already in the top 20 billing agencies in the UK and are looking to continue growing.

The agency are looking for a confident and driven individual to join them as an Ad Operations Manager. The new Ad Operations Manager will assist the digital teams with the reporting of their campaigns. As an Ad Operations Manager you will be able to work both independently and with a team.

This agency had an amazing 2022 and won a variety of awards in media, they specialise in youth, gaming, and entertainment clients. You will get to work across a range of the agencies most exciting clients.

The Role

• Campaign Set Up: Liaising with both media owners and planners to ensure appropriate tags are received and tested for correct campaign deployment.
• Monitoring and Optimisation: Assist the (Digital) team in ensuring our campaigns are delivered as planned with minimal discrepancies between publisher's statements and our ad server. Liaising with the media buyers/planners and media owners to ensure continued campaign optimisation.
• Supporting client teams with the implementation and optimisation of campaigns across the agency.
• Leading on technical solutions for Generation and advising stake holders on efficiencies across the agency.

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a ad operations of trafficking role.
• Numerical and technical aptitude.
• Trafficking with ad servers. DCM ideally.
• Using visualisation dashboards such as Datorama, Avora, Power BI, and others.
