We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Art Director to join our client's growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptualisation and development of creative campaigns, content, and visual assets for various projects, ensuring they align with client guidelines, objectives, and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative creative campaigns and visual assets across multiple projects.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into visually compelling and cohesive design solutions for digital, print, social media, and experiential platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality and consistent creative output.
• Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and branding to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions into broader marketing and branding initiatives.
• Perform hands-on design and executional work when required.
• Support the Creative Director by overseeing the creative process from concept to final execution, including reviewing work to ensure quality standards, meeting deadlines, and maintaining project scope within resource constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design excellence, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in design software, preferably experience in architecture but not a must-have.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and effectively articulate creative concepts and ideas.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies is a plus.
• Hands-on design skills and the ability to run creative concepts independently when needed.
