Associate Director - Quantitative - Financial Services.

They are now looking for a Quantitative Associate Director to join their growing team. This role will suit someone who is passionate about Financial Services, with a keen interest in Asset Management.

The Role
As Quantitative Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of quantitative projects from proposal writing and pitching, through to reporting and presenting to clients. Part of your role will be to mentor and manage more junior team members, helping them to develop their careers and grow in their roles.

Key Duties Include:-
- Writing business winning proposals and attending business pitches
- Designing the project to ensure that the brief is fully met
- Overseeing the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to time and budget
- Working with the team to support and add value to reports and presentations
- Presenting to clients
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Supporting the Head of Quant in their role, including delivering ongoing training, seeking out new opportunities and driving the success of the team

The Candidate
- The successful candidate will be well-versed in a wide range of quantitative research methodologies
- You will be experienced in proposal writing, questionnaire design, project shaping and delivering insight and impactful results to clients
- Strong attention to detail will be essential in this role
- You will have a background working in Financial Services market, ideally with experience and a keen interest in Asset Management
