The Company

Are you looking for a AV Media Manager position and want to join one of the fastest growing independent agencies in London. They are already in the top 20 billing agencies in the UK and are looking to continue growing.

The agency are looking for a confident and driven individual to join them as a AV Media Manager. The new AV Media Manager will be involved in selecting and onboarding new media tools to help improve AV planning. As the new AV Media Manager you will work closely with senior agency members on how to drive forward the agencies AV planning. The AV Media Manager will have experience working in the UK market.

This agency had an amazing 2022 and won a variety of awards in media, they specialise in youth, gaming, and entertainment clients. You will get to work across a range of the agencies most exciting clients.

The Role

• Plan and buy for the agency's largest AV client on their direct response campaigns.
• Lead communication with your client on their AV campaigns.
• Develop VOD/CTV as an active part of the agency's direct response AV strategy, and wider AV remit.
• Training and development of junior members of AV team.

The Candidate

• At least 2 years experience media agency experience working in an AV planning/buying role.
• Proficient in use of TV planning and buying systems, such as DS Media, DS Media Planning, Techedge, K2.
• Proficient in use of TV to Web attribution systems, such as Adalyser, TVSquared or in-house tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
