- Location: City of London £35000 - £42000 per annum + + 40% OTE (dependent on experience)
📍 Location: London (4 days in office, Friday WFH until 1pm)

Are you driven to hit targets and grow business in the auto tech space? We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team - the #1 auto tech event in North America, covering electric, autonomous, and software-defined mobility.
This London-based role includes occasional travel to Detroit for the event and related industry events.
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Manage full sales cycles for sponsorship and commercial deals
Build and maintain relationships with mid-level stakeholders
Prepare tailored proposals and contracts
Keep records accurate in Salesforce and other tools
Provide sales forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams on planning and feedback
Clear communicator & confident negotiator
Works independently and as part of a team
Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of sales experience (exhibition sales preferred; recruitment sales considered)
Full-cycle sales: prospecting to close
Pipeline management (Salesforce & Gong)
Stakeholder engagement & relationship building
Proposal writing & deal structuring
Strong time management & organisational skills
Exposure to the energy industry is a plus
Proactive in prospecting
Goal-focused and driven to exceed targets
Complete a competency framework
First-round online interview with Talent Director & Commercial Director
Second-round in-person presentation task
Final in-person interview with line manager & General Manager
