Are you an experienced media planner and client servicing expert looking to work on two clients for a global network media agency?
The Company
Are you looking for a Client Leadership Director role and want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with their flagship client.
This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Client Leadership Director. As the Client Leadership Director you will become immersed in your clients business and their ways of working to help deliver accurate briefs. The new Client Leadership Director will be collaborating with the wider agency teams to help deliver the best results for the client.
The agency you will be joining is a member of the world's largest media network working across 100 countries. The client you will be working on is this agencies flagship account and the biggest fast food restaurant in the world.
The Role
- Be key daily point of contact for the clients global teams.
- Responsible for a direct report, ensuring that they are delivering to expectation and working towards their development goals.
- Run weekly client calls, with support from your team.
- Manage client expectation, SLAs, and delivery - ensuring campaigns launch on time.
The Candidate
- At least 4 years' experience in media or a client service-related role.
- Experience identifying when projects requested by client are over the team's bandwidth.
- Excel when working directly with clients and internal teams in a busy environment.
- Enjoy being the "go to" person at the centre of large team, with lots of communication, coordination, and team effort.
