An iconic, globally recognised London nightlife and live events venue is seeking an experienced Club Operations Manager to help lead one of the most well known club operations in the world.

The Role

As Club Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of venue delivery - ensuring seamless operations across club nights, live events, and large-scale productions. You'll work closely with senior leadership, promoters, artists, security, and technical teams to deliver world-class guest experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end club and event operations

• Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams

• Ensure compliance across health & safety, licensing, and security

• Manage crowd flow, guest experience, and VIP operations

• Coordinate with production, bar, and technical teams

• Drive operational standards in a high-volume, late-night environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in club, venue, or large-scale event operations

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Excellent knowledge of licensing, safety, and crowd management

• Passion for music, nightlife, and exceptional experiences

• London venue experience highly desirable
