As Content Director, you will define the intellectual agenda across the organisation's international platforms-developing influential research, curating world-class industry dialogues, and engaging senior leaders who are shaping the future of finance.

The Role

You will lead the development of the organisation's global content and research strategy, ensuring the delivery of insightful, rigorous, and commercially impactful thought leadership across international forums and platforms.

Working closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders, you will shape the organisation's intellectual footprint and ensure that its research and content continue to influence industry decision-makers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Global Thought Leadership

• Define and lead the organisation's global content and research strategy.
• Identify and develop priority themes shaping financial services, fintech, and digital ecosystems.
• Produce influential insight products that shape industry dialogue and policy conversations.

Global Forums & Industry Dialogue

• Curate high-impact agendas for international forums and leadership convenings.
• Engage senior executives, investors, policymakers, and technology leaders as contributors and speakers.
• Ensure content delivery is consistent, relevant, and world-class across global platforms.

Editorial & Content Leadership

• Build and lead a global network of editors, researchers, and industry contributors.
• Establish scalable editorial processes across regions.
• Maintain the highest standards of editorial integrity, insight, and thought leadership.

Strategic Impact

• Partner with marketing and communications teams to amplify content through integrated global campaigns.
• Produce executive briefings and strategic insights for senior stakeholders.
• Develop commercially viable research and content products that support long-term organisational growth.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate who combines deep industry expertise, strong editorial leadership, and the ability to engage global decision-makers.

You will likely bring:

• 10-15+ years of experience in thought leadership, research, editorial leadership, consulting, or financial media.
• Strong expertise across financial services, fintech, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
• A track record of developing high-impact research, insights, or industry analysis.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgement.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives, policymakers, and global industry leaders.
• A strong understanding of AI and GenAI tools and their implications for business and research.
• Experience building or managing global content or research platforms.
• A strong professional network across financial institutions, technology firms, academia, and policy circles.
