Want to work for a global, award-winning digital agency specialising in delivering creative optimisation strategies and digital ad production?
I am recruiting for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join a growing Strategy Team. You will have experience across Programmatic and/or Paid Social advertising. You'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that power high-performing digital campaigns.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement data-driven creative strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Deliver performance-focused digital campaign strategies.
- Work with internal teams to integrate personalisation, ad serving and HTML5 creative capabilities.
- Stakeholder management, acting as a key contact for clients, media agencies, and creative partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Strong analytical focus, including designing measurement frameworks and analysing campaign performance data.
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations to optimise campaign results.
- High attention to creative quality, ensuring campaign assets meet visual, performance and brand standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years' experience in digital media, creative strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic and/or social platforms.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with creative assets and data analysis.
- Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders and client relationships.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Experience with social ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with ad serving, HTML5 creatives, or creative production workflows.
