JOB TITLE: Engagement Manager (Strategy Consulting)
SALARY: $140k - $175k DOE
LOCATION: New York - 4 days in the office

They are currently looking to bring in an Engagement Manager who has had a real focus and experience in brand strategy.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead client engagements across brand strategy, insights, segmentation, innovation, growth strategies, and organizational change.
- Manage relationships, ensuring collaboration, profitability, and delivering actionable recommendations while mentoring and developing teams.
- Partner on business development, present findings, and support firm growth through marketing and internal initiatives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MBA or equivalent experience with strong consulting, branding, or marketing management track record and expertise.
- Proven leader, problem solver, communicator; skilled in client relationships, business development, and project management.
- Resourceful self-starter with industry knowledge, analytical modeling skills, and passion for fast-paced, challenging environments.
