Event & Speak Acquisition Manager.

We are currently recruiting for an exciting maternity contract that may have the possibility to move onto a permanent position.

This role is working for a growing finance business that specialises in providing specialist news, research and events to a strong and loyal client base.

Responsibilities:

• Researching, inviting and acquiring senior executive speakers globally
• Collaborating with Editorial and Senior Management to develop event programmes
• Working with all of the company to grow our Event business
• Managing the C-level Speaker Academy Prior to and at Events
• Managing attendee registrations, and collating new information
• Assisting with the running of live events on-site, handling client queries and troubleshooting
• Managing and building the mobile event app and content
• Supporting post-event follow-up, evaluation and analysis

Candidates applying to this role must come from an events background with both, speaker acquisition and event operations experience.

This is a maternity contract that can offer the flexibility to work on a temporary basis, fixed term contract along with the possibility to move onto a permanent contract.
