Event Executive Producer.

Aspire Middle East is thrilled to partner with a leading events agency in Riyadh, searching for a talented Executive Producer to lead the creative direction, planning, and execution of high-profile events. This is a fixed-term contract of 3-4 months, offering an opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in one of the region's best markets.

As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for shaping extraordinary show experiences. From ideation to execution, you will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring alignment with brand vision, strategic objectives, and audience expectations. Your leadership will drive seamless collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to deliver events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the creative and thematic direction of shows, collaborating with content creators, directors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure storytelling, visuals, and technical elements reflect the brand's vision and audience appeal.
• Lead end-to-end production planning, setting time-lines and managing deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among creative, production, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimise budget and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, executive leadership, and production teams.
• Present show concepts, progress updates, and final outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Oversee rehearsals, run-of-show, and on-site production for live or recorded events.
• Maintain quality control across all show elements, including audio/visual, staging, and scripting.
• Identify potential issues and lead contingency planning to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in show production, live events, broadcast, or entertainment.
• Proven expertise in producing large events or shows.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with production tools, event technology, and broadcast standards.
