Event Manager.

We have an exciting new Event Manager role that will be working on the UK's largest and longest standing consumer show. This will initially be on a temporary contract but there is the opportunity to become permanent. If you are a motivated, super-organised events marketing candidate, then this is the role for you!

Our exciting media client work on some incredible exhibitions and unforgettable experiences. They work alongside some world-famous broadcasters to turn these successful events into unique experiences for their delegates.

Responsibilities

• Work with the event management team on the full delivery of the events
• Close liaison with features team, sponsorship, sales team and marketing departments to ensure delivery of the events.
• Oversee administer and control the overall and individual show budget
• Lead and shape all of the show content
• Oversee and conduct the key relationships with show partners show talent and key associations
• Compile the signage schedule for each event and implement on-site and ensure the satisfaction of the event sponsors
• Managing and implementing show feature

Requirements

• Experience in exhibitions sales
• Ability to travel to Loughton office every day
• A natural leader and motivator
• Lead from the front and set the standard
• A strategic, commercial and proactive thinker and planner
• Organised with an eye for detail
