What you'll do:

• 🎤 Plan and run live, hybrid, and digital events from start to finish.

• 📅 Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and onsite logistics like a pro.

• 🤝 Work closely with clients, sponsors, and internal teams to make events run smoothly and exceed expectations.

• 🛠 Improve processes, streamline operations, and make every event better than the last.

• ✈️ Travel internationally for events without restrictions.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in events/project management.

• Proven ability to run small-scale events independently.

• Confident, organised, and calm under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills - you love talking to clients, suppliers, and your team!

• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

• Living within 1 hour of Hammersmith.
