Want to shape a first-of-its-kind robotics & physical AI conference? We're looking for an Event Producer to develop the speaker programme and content, bringing together brilliant minds from across the industry.

This is a role with visibility and real impact - your ideas and energy will influence the experience of attendees and speakers alike.

What You'll Do 🎤

Create Content & Speakers

• Identify engaging voices in robotics, AI, and tech.

• Build and maintain a list of potential speakers from founders, engineers, and experts.

• Share your perspective on programme direction and content themes.

Outreach & Collaboration

• Craft clear, personalised messages to reach speakers and contributors.

• Work closely with speakers and teams to coordinate participation and logistics.

• Support a positive, welcoming environment for all participants.

Bring the Event Together

• Guide speakers from planning to event delivery.

• Collaborate with production teams for a smooth and professional experience.

• Ensure content reflects the vision and focus of the event.

Who We're Looking For 🔍

Essential

• Experience in event production, speaker management, or talent coordination.

• Experience contacting and confirming speakers directly.

• Strong written communication and professional pride in your work.

• Curious, adaptable, and able to thrive in a busy environment.

Helpful Extras

• Familiarity with AI, robotics, or deep tech.

• Experience in early-stage events or startups.

• Connections in robotics, AI, or investment communities.
