Event Project Manager.

Are you passionate about event marketing and excited by the idea of creating impactful experiences across Asia? Our client is a leading event marketing agency and they are looking for an Event Project Manager to join the Singapore team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering a wide range of events across Asia including conferences, meetings, award galas, product launches and incentive programmes. You will be involved in new business pitches and proposal development as well.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage projects end-to-end

• Lead and guide internal teams to deliver seamless event execution

• Coordinate with suppliers and partners (venues, AV, designers, production houses, agencies, government bodies, etc.)

• Manage registrations and RSVPs where required

• Prepare client meeting agendas, minutes, reports, proposals, budgets, and timelines

• Participate in new business pitches, brainstorming sessions, and presentations

• Handle project paperwork including contracts, invoicing, and final budgets

• Support other agency-related tasks as needed

Your Experience:

• Bachelors Degree

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in events, marketing or event production.

• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (design software knowledge is a bonus)

• Passionate about events and marketing

• An excellent communicator
