Strategy: Own and run the agency sales strategy, delivering against revenue targets
Leadership: Lead, coach and scale a high-performing agency sales team
Relationships: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across agency groups
Sales Approach: Sell complex, consultative, data-led solutions spanning prospecting, data enrichment, audience insight and predictive modelling
Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, client success and data science teams
Commercial Focus: Manage complex sales cycles, forecast pipeline accurately and drive sustainable long-term partnerships
