Aspire has partnered with a prominent beauty brand based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an innovative company in the e-commerce and beauty retail space, they are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. To enhance their operations, they are seeking a skilled Logistics and Regulatory Specialist to join the team.

As a Logistics and Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising the supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the beauty industry. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless flow of products from sourcing to delivery, while upholding the highest standards of quality and legal adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and Implement an efficient follow up system with the Warehousing 3PL team to ensure stock is received and entered in stock in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on the storage optimisation activities ensuring inventory is stored in an optimum way while securing quality and storage standards.
  • Recommend communication and analytical tools related to Warehousing activities and reports in the purpose of balancing between cost and quality/service level.
  • Create and Implement an efficient follow up system with the freight forwarder ensuring shipments are picked up, shipped and entered in stock in a timely manner.
  • Ensure shipments and transportation are compliant with the customs regulations and quality standards.
  • Recommend proactive actions and seek continuous improvement within the processes.
  • Create and Implement an efficient follow up system with the Regulatory agent ensuring all the products and shipments are conform and compliant with the Saudi Regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of practical experience within Supply Chain in a commercial organisation is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is crucial for effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Prior experience within the retail or e-commerce sectors, particularly in the beauty retail segment, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs within a busy environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure precise supply chain management.
  • Resilience in managing challenges and setbacks while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
