Project Manager.

WeAreAspire Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury shopfitting and retail fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will experienced in managing multiple high-end fit-out projects within the retail and hospitality sectors, ensuring compliance with safety, building regulations, and project management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full life cycle of fit-out projects, from conceptualisation and planning to execution, completion, and handover.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety and building standards, statutory regulations, and KSA authorities requirements.
• Adhere to project management methodologies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with the organisation's standards and values.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Fit-Out Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Minimum of five years experience in project management within the retail and hospitality fit-out sector.
• Extensive expertise in luxury shopfitting, turnkey fit-out, and high-end interiors.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures aligned with KSA authorities standards.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
