This is an opportunity to work at a Research Agency who receives briefs from some of the largest and leading businesses around the world - helping them address their most meaty and thorny business issues in relation to brand, product, category, innovation, creative development and customer exploration.

They have a strong quantitative team made up of specialists in segmentation and have their own in-house analytics capability. They are now looking for a senior quant-led director with strong quantitative expertise to help them build and drive this part of their offering.

As Quant Director you will enjoy the support of experienced senior colleagues, a great team of talented and committed researchers and specialists, and forward thinking teams in design, HR, finance, and IT. Together these allow Directors the space, support and expertise to help them focus on their role: growing clients, growing teams, doing great work and helping maintain and grow the company culture.

Key Skills and experience:

• Autonomously driving client relationships, account building and generating revenue.
• Strong client relationship building and management
• Strong leadership and direction of projects; with the ability to influence and lead a team
• Strong understanding of methodology and new/emerging approaches and techniques i.e. adept at quantitative research approaches and ideally knowledgeable and experienced with qualitative methods and techniques
• An aptitude to think strategically and commercially; developing profound insights for clients
• Excellent analysis and presentation skills; leading and developing pitches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as proposal writing
• Considered a thought leader in the industry or sector; ideally some experience of writing papers, presenting at conferences, or publishing their work
