Location: West Midlands / Hybrid working

A leading charity and thinktank, who focus on delivering and promoting ethnic diversity across sports and physical activity in the UK, are now looking for a Research & Policy Lead to join their team.

This is an exciting social research opportunity where you will be reporting on datasets and trends that underpin policy and campaigning work to help underrepresented communities. Overseeing the research function, you will be monitoring and overseeing evaluation across a range of important programmes and projects.

About the role

• Deliver high quality research work across the charity's internal and external programmes and projects.
• Manage the monitoring and evaluation frameworks across a portfolio of projects, supporting both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as supporting the wider project team with action planning for large and small projects.
• Manage internal research projects such as the annual Sporting Equals Race Representation Index; Stakeholder Surveys, Pulse Surveys etc.
• Working with external stakeholders / organisations such as government departments and Sport England.

About you

• Experience of qualitative and quantitative research techniques with a proven knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques, tools and implementation.
• Working knowledge of delivering reports to timelines and presenting findings.
