Position -Research manager

Aspire has partnered with a leading research organisation based in Dubai to find an experienced Research Manager for their team to lead and manage research projects, providing strategic insights that drive business decisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality insights.
• Design and develop research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, to meet client objectives.
• Lead the development of proposals, research plans, field briefings, and review presentations prepared by junior team members.
• Provide strategic recommendations and practical insights based on research findings.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure research outcomes align with business needs.
• Support in building and enhancing the company's reputation by delivering high-quality research and client service excellence.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Communication Research, or Mathematics.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
